 Ok, so it occasionally rains in the British Virgin Islands-and on this particular day it certainly did. Crystal and Scott had planned on a beach ceremony at The Sugar Mill Hotel on the North Shore of Tortola this Summer and nothing was going to stand in their way .. undaunted by the clouds the ceremony took place as planned and Crystal never stopped smiling :) It was certainly a pleasure to meet you both.
